Join the WI Cuba Coalition and Peace Action Wisconsin for a public program featuring two graduates of the Latin American School of Medicine (ELAM) in Havana, Cuba.
The conversation will explore Cuban and U.S. approaches to healthcare, Cuba’s prevention-oriented medical system, and the challenges facing healthcare in Cuba. The speakers will also discuss the effects they attribute to the U.S. embargo/blockade and Cuba’s international medical work.
