The United States and Cuba will begin talks on normalizing full diplomatic relations this week, according to Whitehouse officials.  The announcement comes at the release of American Alan Gross and the freeing of three Cubans jailed in the U.S.  Kathleen’s guest this hour is a member of the Wisconsin Coalition to Normalize Relations with Cuba, www.wicuba.org and chair of the National Lawyers Guild Cuba Subcommittee.
